Megabay Product Warranty
1. All products sold by Megabay are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of shipment. if you believe any Megabay product you have purchased has a defect in material or workmanship or has failed during normal use within the warranty period, please contact a Megabay distributor for assistance.
2. All warranty claims must be returned to Megabay for assessment with a receipt or other proof of payment and all warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer’s review and acceptance.
3. This limited warranty does not cover any damage to the product that results from abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, abuse, accident, improper installation, misuse, insufficient or excessive electrical supply, natural disaster, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair, modification or the failure of the Purchaser to install the product according to specific installation instructions either supplied within each product carton or available on the Megabay website or via Megabay’s representative.
4. All installations shall be performed in accordance with the local, state and country electrical code and appropriate regulatory authorities should be consulted where required.
5. Megabay’s liability shall be limited to the actual purchase price of any defective unit or units of equipment to which a claim is made, and shall in no event include the Customer’s lost profits or goodwill, or any other direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages whether based on contract, tort or other legal theory.
6. Megabay accepts no responsibility for damage to any ancillary equipment or inconvenience caused by the failure of our products.
