RGBW Volumetric colour mixing 
Colour volume. Megabay have adopted advanced RGBW LED packages to provide superior colour mixing performance when compared to standard RGB systems. Ideally suited for a wide range of lighting applications including entertainment events, retail displays, architectural and landscape illumination, this powerful and creative colour mixing is offered throughout our range of luminaires.
The addition of a WHITE LED within the single and compact RGBW LED package offers distinct advantages:
• an improved colour gamut
• increased intensity and brightness
• cleaner and softer pastel colours
• improved colour rendering ( CRI )
• white colour temperature control
Media display luminaire "pixels"
Large scale LED media facades are fast becoming the focus for integrating communication, media, entertainment, branding and advertising into modern architecture. Digital imagery in the form of video source are streamed to thousands of luminaire “pixels” across the facade, turning the appearance and functionality of contemporary architecture into works of art by day and night. Megabay engineer luminaire “pixels” that target white point balance to produce true colour saturation, essential for visual display fidelity.
Variable white colour temperature control
Invigorating morning light, stimulating midday light, relaxing evening light - we take if for granted but natural light has a profound effect on how we feel, think and work. Colour temperature control is an advanced solution that simulates the natural lighting effects found in nature enhancing peoples sense of well being and comfort within their own space. Colour temperature and light intensity is achieved by using several white LEDs of different colour temperatures ( CCT ) with mixing allowing for a seamless transition between the temperature ranges. People can now control their own space according to their needs, tasks, mood or season. This technology is ideally suited for work, rest and play where motivation, performance and visual clarity are desired.

Megabay are manufacturing specialists integrating years of engineering and designing expertise into custom LED colour mixing solutions that fully utilise the true advantages of this technology. Custom designed solutions incorporate the precise combination of RGB and additional white / amber / or other LEDs to meet project requirements, but also includes the overall luminaire design and manufacturing process. This specialist process from conception to installation, is overseen by our LED design director, and ensures the critical decisions in CAD visualisation, LED selection, manufacturing efficiency, testing and documentation are based upon years of extensive experience and knowledge.
